Our parish is welcoming a team of itinerant catechists whose mission centers on the announcement of the Good News of Jesus Christ risen from the dead, an announcement that is always new. This announcement has the power to bring us out of our suffering, our loneliness, our incapacity to forgive. We have invited this team because their presence is a direct fruit of the Second Vatican Council, a testament to the working of the Holy Spirit in our times. This catechesis is an event for our parish: we are opening a catechumenate through which the Church wants to guide you to eternal life, to a living and adult faith. The kingdom of God is very close to you, and through these catecheses, the Lord can make your life completely new. Perhaps this time in your life finds you with questions in your heart; perhaps you are wondering why so many people in your family are leaving the Church; perhaps there are events in your life that you still find difficult to see with faith. The Lord loves you and wants to meet you in these catecheses. We invite you simply to come and listen, and the Lord can transform your life! We will hold the catecheses in the Parish Hall, Mondays and Thursdays at 7:00 pm, starting Monday, March 8th Free childcare is available, and all parishioners, ages 12 and up, are encouraged to join us. Come to discover and be guided by the will of God!
